Draftelio helps small businesses and freelancers prepare clear business documents without installing software or creating an account. The first tool is the Free Quote Builder.

What the quote builder does

• Separate sections for products & equipment and for services & labor.
• Quantity, unit, price and a percentage discount on every line.
• One tax rate for the quote — VAT, GST, sales tax or your own name — with prices that either include or exclude it.
• One-time and monthly payments totalled separately.
• Your logo, contact details, payment terms, timeline and notes.
• A preview and a PDF without a watermark.

What it doesn't do

Draftelio does not work out which taxes apply to you — you choose the tax name and rate. It does not send quotes to clients, store your documents online or keep accounts. If you need any of that, use the PDF with your usual email or accounting tools.

Why it is free

We are testing whether a simple, private quote tool is useful to people. There is no paid plan right now and nothing is locked behind a sign-up. If that ever changes, the free quote builder will be clearly described before you use it.
