How the quote builder works
Items go into two sections — Products & Equipment and Services & Labor. A section you leave empty doesn't appear in the quote, and neither does any optional field you skip.
Each item can be billed one-time or monthly. The two are totalled separately, so a client always sees what they pay once and what they pay every month.
Discounts are set per item in percent and are applied before tax. Tax is optional: choose its name and rate, and whether your prices already include it. See how discounts and tax are calculated.
Your draft and saved items stay in this browser. When you download a PDF, the quote is sent to our server only to create the file and is not stored. Read the privacy notice for details.
