Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
By using Draftelio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Draftelio provides a free online quote builder that lets you prepare a quote and download it as a PDF. No account or payment is required. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you put in a quote: company and client details, prices, discounts, tax names and rates, terms and notes. Make sure you have the right to use any logo you upload and that the document complies with the rules that apply to your business.
Calculations and tax
The builder calculates line amounts, discounts, tax and totals from the values you enter, using the method described in our guide on discounts and tax. It does not decide which tax applies, at what rate, or how it must appear on a document in your country. Check the result before sending it, and ask an accountant or tax adviser if you are unsure.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Draftelio to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits or send automated bulk requests.
- Don't upload files that contain malware or that you don't have the right to use.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Drafts are stored only in your browser and can be lost if you clear browser data or switch devices; keep the PDFs you need.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Draftelio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the service, including errors in documents you create.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
